We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Company and personal checks,  Additional charges may apply for next or 2nd day service.

We can accept your designs in all of the standard graphic formats.  However, vector format (line and curve) drawings are preferred if possible.  Most common vector format extensions are .eps, .ai, .cdr, .wmf, etc.  If your design is not available in a vector format, we can also accept .bmp, .tif, .jpg, .gif formats but would have to auto-trace /cleanup to ensure high quality output at full size.

We will do our best to match your colors from our standard choices.  Designs we send or post on the web may vary from the actual colors depending on your screen settings.  For the closest color matches, provide a PMS (Pantone) color number if possible.  We can send vinyl samples if needed.

Custom signs and banners are shipped in 2-5  working days from our receiving your order.  Production time will depend on the size and complexity of your design.  We will ship using either UPS or USPS insured priority mail.  Minimum Shipping & Handling is $4 per item to help offset costs. 

We accept returns for full refunds or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
